🔄 Returned / Undelivered Orders

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, refusal to accept the package, or repeated delivery failure, the order may be returned to our shipping partner or warehouse.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, repeated refusal or non-acceptance of orders may affect our ability to offer COD in the future.
